I’ve been removed from an employer file. How can I access it again?
If you’ve been removed from an employer file, you can claim it again.
Register the employer again:
- Sign in to Job Bank for Employers.
- Go to "Employer files" in the menu on your dashboard.
- Click on "Register a new employer".
- Select your relationship to the employer.
- Enter the employer’s 15-digit payroll account number issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
- Click on "Continue".
- Confirm the business information.
- Click on "Complete registration".
