Only resumes from applicants that reside within these areas will be reviewed. We are seeking a motivated and caring Supervised Access Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will facilitate safe and supportive supervised visits between clients and their loved ones, ensuring a positive environment that promotes healthy relationships. Your dedication will help foster trust and security for families navigating complex situations, making a meaningful difference every day. *Responsibilities* * Supervise visits between clients and their family members or guardians in accordance with care plans and safety protocols * Observe and document interactions during visits to ensure compliance with established guidelines * Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients and visitors, fostering a respectful and welcoming atmosphere * Enforce boundaries and rules to maintain a safe environment for all participants * Communicate effectively with team members and other professionals regarding visit progress or concern * Maintain accurate records of visits, incidents, and any noteworthy observations in accordance with agency policies *Qualifications* * Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a caregiving capacity is highly preferred * Must have a current Letter of Conduct with a Vulnerable Sector Check and 3 work-related references * Prior experience working with children is an asset * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in various situations * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members * Ability to follow detailed protocols and documentation procedures accurately * Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join our compassionate team where your dedication directly impacts the lives of families seeking support.
