We recruit across IT, software development, business intelligence/data, and infrastructure roles. <br>We are currently recruiting a Senior Systems & Network Administrator for a position offering the possibility of being 100% remote.</p> <strong>Mission</strong> <p>You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, stability, security, and evolution of systems infrastructure, both in day-to-day operations and as part of various projects. <br> <br>Key responsibilities: <br> <br>Ensure the proper operation, availability, and reliability of systems including Azure, VMware, Windows, Citrix, Cisco UCS, and Nimble SAN; <br>Install, configure, and maintain system infrastructure software, including physical and virtual servers; <br>Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and backups; <br>Troubleshoot connectivity issues, system errors, and hardware failures; <br>Manage systems, servers, and access permissions; <br>Plan, document, and execute procedures required for IT operations; <br>Ensure security standards are applied across the infrastructure and contribute to their ongoing evolution; <br>Monitor and follow up on service alerts; <br>Ensure that all systems have appropriate data backup processes in place; <br>Participate in development projects when required; <br>Perform any other duties related to the position or requested by the immediate supervisor.</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>Your profile: <br> <br>10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as a Systems Administrator; <br>Advanced skills in infrastructure, security, networking, and system hardening; <br>Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following three areas, in addition to having a solid overall understanding of IT infrastructure: <br>Endpoint Management: Intune, SCCM, Windows 11, Autopilot, GPO, application packaging and deployment, PowerShell, patch management, endpoint security, and advanced troubleshooting; <br>Servers & Cloud: Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, DNS/DHCP, storage, backups, etc.; <br>Networking with functional systems knowledge: switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, network security, monitoring, and network troubleshooting; <br>Excellent customer service and communication skills; <br>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities; <br>Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently; <br>Strong analytical and organizational skills; <br>Strong awareness of security and IT disaster recovery planning; <br>High standards of ethics and integrity.</p> <br><br>- Location Brossard, QC
