*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a kind and positive and patient for creating beautiful haircuts and providing exceptional customer service for our little customers and their respective families.This role offers an opportunity to showcase your styling skills, build client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming salon environment. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while promoting retail products and ensuring client satisfaction. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair cuts and style to children * Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting * Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs * Haircut and fade for boys and haircut and style for girls * Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment * Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members * Professional appearance with a friendly attitude and a team-oriented mindset Join our team to turn your passion for hairstyling into a rewarding career while providing exceptional service in a dynamic salon environment.
