If you're passionate about wellness, love helping people, and enjoy working in a meaningful, growth-driven environment?this could be the perfect fit for you. *Your Key Responsibilities:* * Greet clients warmly and professionally at the front desk * Welcome new and returning patients with care and attentiveness * Schedule and manage appointments for multiple therapists * Operate POS transactions and handle payment processes * Respond to phone calls, emails, and online messages efficiently * Educate clients on our services and treatment options * Use clinic software to manage records and schedules * Maintain cleanliness and assist with basic clinic upkeep * Support inventory and supply management * Perform manager-assigned tasks as needed *What We?re Looking For:* * Fluent in English, both written and spoken * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, reliable, and able to manage time well * Able to work independently and take initiative * Clinic customer service or receptionist experience preferred * Familiarity with basic medical terms is an asset * *Genuine interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine* * *Willingness to learn and grow continuously* * *Creative mindset and problem-solving ability* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op Work Location: In person Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
