*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer Helper/Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry while working alongside experienced technicians. The role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Candidates should be eager to learn, reliable, and interested in developing a career in HVAC and mechanical systems. *Responsibilities* * Assist experienced HVAC installers with the installation of heating and cooling systems according to schematics and specifications * Support the setup and assembly of ductwork, piping, and electrical connections * Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues during installation or maintenance * Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites safely and efficiently * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times * Participate in routine maintenance tasks such as system inspections and minor repairs under supervision *Skills* * Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous * Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job * Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately * Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions This position provides valuable training opportunities for individuals interested in building a career in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical trades.
