*Job Overview* Northwind Heating Ltd. The Fireplace Showroom is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in maintaining and repairing heating and cooling systems, Tankless and storage water heaters and fireplaces. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. If you have a passion for HVAC systems and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Maintain, and repair furnaces, AC's & HP's, Water heaters, Fireplaces and HRV's in residential settings. * Troubleshoot issues related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC units. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems. * Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations. * Ability to build, maintain, plumb, weld, and repair various types of HVAC equipment. * Experience with appliance repair is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. * *Must have B Ticket * Join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service in the HVAC industry!
