<p>Who we are  At Heart & Stroke our mission is to promote health, save lives and enhance recovery.</p><p>We are committed to a culture that exemplifies our core values: champion health, practice humility, embrace change, drive impact, learn and grow and be heartfelt as we work together to beat heart disease and stroke.  We believe in equity, diversity and inclusion ― it’s embedded in our values and core mission work to support all people in Canada to lead healthier lives.</p><p>We are committed to applying this principle to cultivate a welcoming environment that embraces diversity among our employees.</p><p>Candidates from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to, Indigenous peoples, racialized communities, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, women, and people living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.  To learn more about our mission, values, commitment to EDI, and the difference Heart & Stroke makes in the lives of people in Canada at every age, please  visit our website   The opportunity  Join Heart & Stroke in a high-impact role where your work helps save lives.</p><p>As a Resuscitation Program Manager (RPM) hired on an  18 month contract , you will play a key role in expanding the reach and effectiveness of our resuscitation programs and first aid education across British Columbia and Yukon.   Reporting to the Sr.</p><p>Manager, Resuscitation Business Development & Engagement, the RPM is responsible for driving the growth, quality, and delivery of Heart & Stroke’s resuscitation programs.</p><p>This role builds and manages relationships with instructors, training providers and partners to support consistent, high-quality program delivery.  Working collaboratively across teams, the RPM identifies opportunities to expand reach, ensures adherence to program standards, and contributes to continuous improvement. As a regional representative, the role provides leadership, manages complex issues, and supports alignment with national resuscitation policies, priorities, quality standards and organizational values.  This is a fully remote role however candidates must live in British Columbia and have access to a vehicle to be able to travel around the province, based on the needs of the role.      How you will make an impact every day   Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management  Build a strong understanding of customers, instructors and training providers to inform engagement strategies and program support.  Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including high-performing instructors, training centres and institutional partners.  Lead engagement with priority and high-value stakeholders, and guide broader regional engagement activities.  Identify network risks and opportunities, and implement plans to strengthen engagement, performance and retention.  Document stakeholder interactions, insights and outcomes accurately and on time in Salesforce CRM.  Program Knowledge & Oversight  Maintain strong knowledge of Heart & Stroke resuscitation programs, standards and policies to support consistent regional application.  Communicate the value and application of offerings across stakeholder contexts.  Support program updates, initiatives and improvements aligned with national direction.  Guide stakeholders on program requirements, standards and best practices.  Monitor program delivery and performance using the Resuscitation portal, Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards.  Program Growth & Network Development  Develop regional plans to grow adoption, network reach and impact.  Advance partner opportunities aligned with organizational priorities and goals.  Grow the instructor network by identifying a- Location Vancouver, BC
