We support continued professional development and encourage professional and personal growth through our "FR Academy", a learning management system offering a variety of online educational modules that cater to enhancing our internal training and learning culture. *Condominium Law Legal Assistant Job Description:* Our firm is seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior lawyer in our Condominium Law practice. This role is integral to the effective management of a busy practice and requires a professional who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion. *Please note that this position requires 4 days per week in the office and permits 1 remote workday per week.* The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service. They will be capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating multiple files and deadlines, and serving as a key point of contact for clients, condominium corporations, property managers, and other stakeholders. *Duties and Responsibilities: * * Manage a high-volume practice inbox, prioritizing urgent correspondence, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring timely follow-up on client matters. * Provide executive support to a partner, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, hearings, and client consultations. * Assist lawyers with the day-to-day management of condominium law matters, ensuring files progress efficiently and client deliverables are completed on time. * Manage monthly accounting activities for the practice, including trust deposits, billing pre-bills, wire transfers, expense tracking, and accounts receivable. * Handle file opening and closing procedures and maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic and physical file management systems. * Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, retainer agreements, reporting letters, and other condominium law-related materials. * Liaise professionally with condominium corporations, property managers, board members, clients, opposing counsel, courts, government agencies, and other third parties. * Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and communication. *Experience & Qualifications:* * Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Legal Assistant or executive in a law firm setting with experience in Real Estate and/or Condominium Law; * Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk Diploma considered an asset. *Kno
