We value teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality early learning.</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced <strong>Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) Site Supervisor</strong> to lead our team and ensure excellence in childcare programming and centre operations.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with <strong>CCEYA regulations</strong> and maintain all licensing requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records and documentation through <strong>CCLS and centre systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Plan and implement <strong>developmentally appropriate programs</strong> that support children's learning and development.</p></li><li><p>Develop daily schedules that include <strong>indoor, outdoor, quiet, and active learning experiences</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a consistent and effective approach to <strong>child guidance</strong> in accordance with the Behaviour Management Policy.</p></li><li><p>Ensure activity centres are safe, organized, and properly equipped.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation including <strong>daily reports, attendance, medication logs, and child observations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Conduct <strong>daily health checks</strong>, record illnesses, and communicate with parents as needed.</p></li><li><p>Support children with daily routines including <strong>meals, toileting, rest time, and learning activities</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure children receive <strong>healthy and nutritious meals and snacks</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Provide <strong>leadership, guidance, and support to assistant educators and staff</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Maintain <strong>professional communication with families, staff, and management</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Attend <strong>staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Ensure children are dressed appropriately for <strong>indoor and outdoor weather conditions</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p><strong>Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)</strong> and in good standing with the College of ECE.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>2-3 years of experience in the childcare field</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience as <strong>Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor</strong> is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>CCEYA regulations and childcare licensing requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills including <strong>Microsoft Word and general computer use</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Casual dress</p></li><li><p>On-site childcare</p></li><li><p><strong>Extended health and dental benefits</strong></p></li><li><p>Supportive and collaborative work environment</p></li></ul></div></div>- Location Goderich, ONN7A 4H8
