*Job Overview* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Real Estate Assistant* to support our dynamic real estate team. Multilingual and bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse clients effectively. *Duties* * Assist in preparing and updating property listings across various platforms * Coordinate showings, appointments, and open houses with clients and agents * Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service * Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions * Conduct market research to assist with pricing strategies and marketing campaigns * Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document organization, and database management * Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are maintained and marketed effectively * Develop marketing materials including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns to promote listings * Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property details *Skills* * Strong negotiation skills to facilitate client agreements and closing deals effectively * Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties through various channels * Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse clients and expand market reach * Experience in property management or real estate is preferred * Administrative experience with proficiency in scheduling, data entry, and document handling * Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients * Effective communication skills for clear interactions with clients, team members, and vendors * Superior organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate who thrive in a collaborative team environment.
