*Job Overview* We are seeking a Licensed Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Yorkville Office. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a professional environment dedicated to client success and operational excellence. *Responsibilities* Administrative Support & Investment Management * Manage new account openings ? including client confirmation, documentation, and coordination with internal operational teams. * Maintain accurate and updated client account information by processing account updates and revisions as needed. * Facilitate asset transfers and ensure timely completion. * Prepare client correspondence, tax documentation, business reports, investment policy statements. * Identify operational or portfolio-related issues and contribute to effective solutions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Client Service & Relationship Management * Deliver a high standard of client service by anticipating client needs and responding to inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels. * Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and timely communication. * Support business development efforts by assisting in prospecting activities and client-facing initiatives. * Ensure all client communications adhere to regulatory requirements, disclosure standards, and record-keeping obligations. *Requirements* * Valid license as an Administrative Assistant in the financial services sector * Proven experience in accounting, investment management, or related financial services roles * Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Effective communication skills both written and verbal * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in office software including MS Office Suite and financial management tools * High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information This position is integral to our commitment to delivering high-quality financial services while supporting our clients' needs through efficient administrative operations.
