We have fused the traditional elements of legal services with our own proprietary technology to streamline internal operations and create positive customer experiences. We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals. The Administrative assistant will aid with ensuring smooth client onboarding and day-to-day support. *Primary Tasks/Responsibilities:* * Initiate and provide guidance on the client intake process. * Accurately maintain and update client records, ensuring all intake forms and documentation are complete and accurate. * Monitor outstanding client documentation and proactively follow-up to resolve any gaps or delays. * Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and in-person, providing professional and friendly service. * Monitor the closing calendar to support real estate transactions and deadlines. * Assist with additional phone calls, client communication, document mailing and other transaction-related admin duties. * Perform other administrative tasks and support as needed to ensure smooth office operations. *Required Skills & Expertise:* * Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently; * Proven ability to handle high volumes of tasks with precision and efficiency; * Ability to excel both collaboratively within a team and independently; * Ability to use good judgment and discretion when responding to issues or requests, in a professional and customer-service oriented manner. * Possess technical skills and willingness to learn new software. * Prior experience in Real Estate Law is an asset but not required - we welcome candidates eager to learn.
