We are seeking a CNAPP, Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Security Services team. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder engagement skills, to understand and consolidate organizational security requirement; govern and guide the delivery of next generation security products through large-scale transformation; develop and maintain a shared product framework including strategy, roadmap, budgeting, and processes in collaborate with engineers, architects, operations and control function teamsIs this role right for you? In this role, you will:Understand and define the objectives and scope of the CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) product, clearly outline the problems and risks it's solvingDefine the product strategy, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, define MVP and rollout planBuild and maintain product vision roadmaps and facilitate communication on roadmap progress with stakeholders and clientsManage and prioritize with a risk based approach on the product backlog, new features, and enhancementsFacilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functionsDevelop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation modelDefine and report on overall product status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approachDrive collaboration between senior execs, platforms, product managers, IT owners, security and technology experts etcWork with CIO teamss, platform teams, and SMEs to define timelines, migration strategy, funding estimates, strategic and tactical recommendations and spearhead socialization and buy-ins from stakeholdersDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required7+ years' experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required5+ years' experience in Information Security or Information Technology3+ years' experience in working with Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functionsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)" and "Familiarity with CNAPP components: CWPP, CIEM, CSPM, KSPMExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience in the information security industry and with security software productsExcellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organizationExperience in working with complex processesWilling to learn and grow, and demonstrates resilience to ever-changing prioritiesWhat's in it for you?
