To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Development Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives across the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) ecosystem.This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast?paced, agile, and innovation?driven lab environment, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure high?quality outcomes. The successful candidate will provide hands?on development leadership and end?to?end delivery ownership across multiple workstreams, enabling a unified single?pane?of?glass experience for Advisors by seamlessly integrating data, workflows, and insights into a cohesive and scalable platform.The Salesforce Development Lead is expected to lead teams operating under Agile Scrum and Kanban delivery models and will be accountable for driving delivery predictability, team velocity, and engineering excellence. In this role you will: Proven experience collaborating with senior Business and Technology leaders to define delivery strategy, execution plans, and roadmapsExtensive experience delivering enterprise?scale Salesforce implementations across complex, multi?org environmentsStrong expertise in Salesforce governance, release management, and enterprise delivery standardsDemonstrated success leading cross?functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and OperationsProven leadership within Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with accountability for:Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand?ups, Sprint Reviews, and RetrospectivesIteration planning, capacity management, dependency tracking, and delivery forecastingStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including:Financial Services Cloud (Households, Person Accounts, rollups)Sales Cloud and Service CloudIntegration patterns using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIsExperience leading teams using DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including SFDX, Git?based source control, and automated deploymentsAbility to drive code quality and delivery discipline through standards, peer reviews, and engineering best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance delivery execution and strategic oversight Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical leadership or delivery roleDeep experience with Salesforce DX, Lightning (Aura/LWC), Apex, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)Hands?on experience overseeing production deployments, sandbox strategies, rollback approaches, and enterprise release runbooksStrong understanding of Salesforce Flows, automation frameworks, and scalable solution patternsDemonstrated ability to lead Agile teams through continuous improvement, velocity optimization, and predictable delivery outcomesExposure to data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, middleware platforms)Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience supporting production stability, incident management, and root cause analysisPrior experience in Banking or Financial Services, preferably Wealth ManagementNice to Have:Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Marketing CloudKnowledge of security and quality tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, or AppOmniScripting experience (Bash and/or PowerShell)Experience with delta deployments, test optimization, and sandbox refresh/sanitization processes Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent pr- Location Toronto, ON
