Outside Sales Representative Dynamic Machine Corporation has served as a cornerstone of industrial manufacturing and repair for over 50 years. We provide a complete range of end to end solutions, including custom machinery builds, hydraulic and pneumatic service, and large scale fabrication. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to represent our technical capabilities and expand our presence across Western Canada. The Role You will take ownership of territory growth by building relationships with both existing accounts and new prospects. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands on customer service to ensure our industrial solutions meet the specific needs of each client. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve annual revenue targets. * Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and our internal technical teams. * Gather project requirements and collaborate on quotes to ensure high closing rates. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. * Provide proactive updates to clients regarding their active quotes and ongoing jobs. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress within the CRM. * Develop a strong understanding of our machining, hydraulic, and fabrication capabilities. Qualifications * A minimum of 2 to 3 years of successful B2B sales experience. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with everyone from shop floor supervisors to executive leaders. * A resilient and organized approach to prospecting and cold calling. * Professional verbal and written communication skills. * A background in hydraulics, machining, or industrial equipment is considered a strong asset. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. * A valid driver?s license and the ability to travel across the assigned regions. * Must reside in or near the Winnipeg area.
