  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Research records, court files and other legal documents
  • Prepare and format page presentation
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Complete legal documentation
  • Enter data according to specified format
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
  • Compile tables, charts, graphs and summarized statistics
  • Draft legal correspondence
