Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment. Wholesalers. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Train meat cutters. Equipment and machinery experience: Manual cutting utensil. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationWaterloo, ON
