The Wyant Group is excited to be adding a Sales Consultant to their growing team at Kelowna Harley-Davidson! As a Sales Consultant, your mission is to introduce customers to the unparalleled world of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and accessories, providing superior customer service as you walk them through the sales process from inception to completion.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* _Customer Connection:_ Build relationships with customers, understanding their desires and guiding them towards the perfect Harley experience.
* _Passionate Presentation:_ Showcase the unique features and lifestyle associated with Harley-Davidson, bringing the brand to life in the hearts of potential riders.
* _Product Knowledge Pro:_ Stay informed about the latest Harley-Davidson models, accessories, and industry trends to be the go-to expert in the dealership.
*Responsibilities:*
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively
- Conduct outside sales activities, such as attending trade shows or visiting client locations, to expand our market reach
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Utilize organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle sales calls professionally
- Knowledge of sales techniques, including upselling and closing deals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
